Subscription Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to our services (“Service”), you (“Subscriber”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing to any of our services.

2. Description of Subscription Services

Our subscription services offer scheduled cleaning and maintenance for your home as detailed on our website. Each subscription plan includes a set number of services per month, as specified in the plan description.

3. Payment and Subscription Commitment

Upon beginning your subscription, the following payment terms apply:

Full-Year Commitment: Once we complete your first service and you confirm that you are satisfied, your subscription is activated for the full year. You will be required to pay for the entire year upfront.
Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel your subscription after services have begun, you will be responsible for paying the full remaining balance for the year.

4. Automatic Renewal and Credit Policy

Unless you notify us at least one week prior to the end of your annual subscription, your subscription will automatically renew for another full year at the current rate.

If you do not use the services you paid for, any unused portion will count as a credit toward a future service of the same type or one of equal value. This credit is non-refundable and may be applied at our discretion.

5. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority. In the event that you are not satisfied with the service provided:

Notify us within 48 hours of service completion.
We will take extreme measures to resolve any issues, which may include re-performing the service at no additional cost.
If we are unable to resolve your concerns, further remedies may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Ontario/Canada]. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in [Your Jurisdiction].
